Permanent and Temporary Registration Procedure
If you are looking for a permanent place of employment, we are constantly helping our clients secure the best candidates to fit their criteria.
Permanent roles mean you never work through the agency, but our agency will help you secure the permanent position.
What is the permanent recruitment procedure?
- First simply apply for one of our roles on our webpage using the registration contact form
- One of our friendly consultants will give you a call back and go through a short screening telephone interview
- If you pass the telephone interview, we will invite you to send over proof of documentation online via our quick and easy online forms
- Once we have verified who you are and your documentation, we will send your CV off to the job applied for and if you are successful, you will be shortlisted to attend an interview from the client
- Our agency will send you the interview confirmation via email and to the client to confirm the meeting. You attend the interview and if any trials need to be arranged, we will be notified by the client and again the agency will send the email confirmations to arrange this meeting.
- If you are successful after your trial or interview and the client would like to make a job offer, they will inform us, and we will call you with the good news! If you agree we will sort out an appropriate start date and help the client with any details, they might need from you such as references.
- If you are unsuccessful or do not want to accept that particular job offer then we can look into the areas where you want to focus on the most to help better prepare you for future interviews that would suit both yours and clients needs and wants.
What is the temporary recruitment procedure?
- Simply send a CV to us directly or fill in our registration contact form online
- One of our friendly consultants will give you a call back and go through a short screening telephone interview
- If you pass the telephone interview, we will invite you to send over proof of documentation online via our quick and easy online forms
- Once we have verified who you are and your documentation we then go onto our compliance.
- Compliance will consist of gaining your previous references, gain a DBS or use existing DBS that is on the update service. We complete a face-to-face meeting on video call to go through the work expectations and to see your level of professional whilst in the meeting
- Once compliance is complete, you will be notified by someone from our team and you will tell us your availability so we can put you on our diary for temporary shifts
- You can work flexibly as and when you are available which is ideal for anyone who cannot commit to a role now but would like to work with children.
We no longer conduct face-to-face interviews since CoVID19 pandemic, so all interviews are conducted via online video calls call WhatsApp
